There are no refunds on the seashell jewelry if your seashell breaks. If the actual wire broke or the seashell fell off or something happened contact me, we can figure something out. Please handle your jewelry with care as the seashells are real and authentic straight from the ocean.
If your order is wrong or damaged upon arrival please contact me with the email provided below. Products broken or damaged within 30 days of purchase may be eligible for compensation.

There are no refunds on your sonny angel keychain. I am not responsible for any damages after the product is shipped. I glue the heads to the body’s so you won’t lose your sonny angel :) Please email me if you have any concerns or problems! I strive to make sure you get the best product :)
